We make every effort to display our products accurately. However, slight differences in color, finish, or texture may occur due to lighting and screen variations.
All orders are subject to product availability and acceptance. We reserve the right to cancel or limit quantities at our discretion.
All prices are in AED and include VAT where applicable.
3. Payment
Currently, we accept Cash on Delivery (COD) for all orders within the UAE.
Please ensure that the exact payment amount is ready at the time of delivery.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We currently deliver across the United Arab Emirates. Delivery timelines and charges will be mentioned during checkout.
While we do our best to deliver on time, occasional delays may occur due to courier schedules, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges
Your satisfaction is important to us.
We accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided that the items are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
Refunds for COD orders will be issued through credit note / gift card.
Custom-made or personalized products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged or defective.

All images, designs, and written content on www.decorswing.com belong to Qaser Al Rabee Flowers Plants Trading LLC. Any reproduction or use without written consent is prohibited.
7. Limitation of Liability
