1. What kind of products does Decor’s Wing offer?
Decor’s Wing offers a curated range of designer planters that bring charm and character to your spaces. Our collection currently focuses on premium metallic planters, with more materials and designs coming soon to suit every interior style.
2. Do you have a physical store?
Yes. You can visit our physical store located in Warsan Nursery, Dubai, where you can explore our collection in person. You can also shop conveniently on our online store at www.decorswing.com and have your favorites delivered to your home.
3. Do you deliver across the UAE?
Yes, we deliver across all Emirates in the UAE through reliable courier partners. We’re also working to expand our delivery services to the GCC region and other international markets soon.
4. How long does delivery take?
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days and delivered within 2–5 business days, depending on your location. Once dispatched, you’ll receive an update or tracking message from our courier partner.
5. Are there delivery charges?
Yes. All deliveries and pickups — including purchases, returns, or exchanges — incur courier charges. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you confirm your order.
6. What payment methods do you accept?
At present, Cash on Delivery (COD) is the only available payment method. We’re working to introduce secure online payments soon for added convenience.
7. Can I return or exchange a product?
Yes, we accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Custom-made or personalized items cannot be returned unless found defective.
To initiate a return, please email hello@decorswing.com from your registered email ID with your order number and product details.
8. How do I receive a refund for a returned item?
Once the returned item is inspected and approved, you’ll receive a credit note or gift card for the same value. You can use this credit for any future purchase on Decor’s Wing.
Please note, refunds are not issued via cash or bank transfer.
9. What if I receive a damaged or defective item?
We take great care in packaging every product. If your item arrives damaged or defective, please send clear photos within 4 hours of delivery to hello@decorswing.com. After verification, we’ll replace the item or issue a credit note.
10. Can I schedule a pickup for returns?
Yes, we can arrange a pickup through our courier partner. Please note that pickup charges apply and will be deducted from your credit note amount.
11. Are product photos accurate?
We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in color, finish, or texture may occur due to lighting or screen differences.
