Refund and Returns Policy

Overview

At Decor’s Wing, your satisfaction is our top priority. Every product is designed and crafted with care, and we know you will love what you receive. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

You can request a return, exchange, or refund within 7 days of receiving your order if:

  • The product is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • The product received is incorrect or defective.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@decorswing.com with your order number and product details. Our team will guide you through the process.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom-made or personalized products

  • Items damaged due to misuse, neglect, or improper handling

  • Products that have been used, altered, or are missing original packaging

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the refund approval.
If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be issued through credit notes / gift cards.

4. Exchanges

If you wish to exchange your item for a different product or design, our team will assist you based on stock availability. Price differences, if any, will be adjusted accordingly.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

We take great care in packaging your order. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please share clear photos with us within 4 hours of delivery. We will replace the item or offer a refund after verification.

6. Return & Pickup Charges

All deliveries and pickups, whether for purchases or returns, will incur courier charges.
These charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from the refund amount or collected at the time of pickup.
